The box is sealed right? How will warranty work if there is no bill (since you got it as a gift?)

Yes, the box is sealed.

Ebay gifts are accompanied with a printout that works as the receipt. Even the warranty card and the sticker showing 2 yrs. warranty is on the box.

So, rest assured about the warranty :)
 
How good is the image stabliation of the camera. Also how bad/noisy are the pics when clicked in night/dark.
