Bought this proccy about three months back and has 3 years warranty. I am a noob at Ocing but still was able to oc it to 2.65 Ghz from 2 Ghz at stock volts using stock HSF. Ready to part it with 3.5k + Shipping. An ideal small upgrade for guys who is on 3200+ and who don't want to spend too much of money on a faster processor. The Market price according to computerwarehouse pricelist is currently 4.7k+VAT
