In legal terms "it means the risk of loss/damage shifts from seller to buyer when the seller completes his obligations"

Sellers obligation include a proper packaging n providing a tracking number.

Yes i have received the package not used it yet as it does not fit my cabinet
and it seems the Y cable for the fan is missing.
Will leave the feedback tonight after testing it.
