Warranty Remaining : No. It's almost 3 years old phone.
Any Issues : While charging you may have to bend the wire a little. Common problem with Sony Ericsson phones. Memory card that came along is not working. Doesn't have handsfree since it got kaput.
Apart from it, basic functionality of phone is awesome. Good colors, awesome music player (being walkman series) and a very good slider.
