Soundmagic PL30 or Creative EP 630/830

I am looking to buy a used earphone.The budget is Rs.600 shipped for PL30 and EP830 and Rs.400 shipped for EP630.
I might also be interested in any other similar earphone for under Rs.1000 shipped.
