Pretty noob in Gym stuff. I just intend to make my tummy flatter, currently its in very bad shape. I m a pure veg guy and not eating pav, normal bread - take only brown bread when eat sandwiches, potatoes nor much oil-ghee-butter-cheese. Eat out 4 times day breakfast with normal tea - gujju snacks, lunch of roti-sabji and dal-chawal + buttermilk a must, evening snacks include anything from snacks-fruits-biscuit, dinner normally has variety of food spanning all part of India. Daily I travel for almost 4 hours but in Mumbai trains only.
Not sure what exactly need to be in diet and exercise (thought of cycling for 25-30 min/day) for a flatter tummy and thighs. I do not want to build muscles but just being in shape and strength. However no time for Gym.
Also have read at many places building muscles and higher metabolism help in reducing weight. Correct me if I m wrong.
Any ideas/suggestions are most welcome. Small workouts for 40-45 mins/day will do.

Weight: must be around 80
Waist: 36-37
Profession: Student - almost seat for whole day in college and stand in trains
