The mobile has 512MB RAM. Currently runs on Jelly Bean (CM10.1). Has one of the best community support for an Android. The phone has been completely wiped and factory reset. It had been my primary phone for the past two years. Haven't faced a problem with it. For the prospective buyer, I would advise to disable all animations, and install Smart Launcher to use the phone with minimal hangs. Also, you can increase the clock speed to 729MHz (I had been using in this setting for more than a year) which has been stable in this device. Battery works fine, and lasted me for almost 2 days on 2G with moderate usage.
