hey, i just checked...

the Value pack is 9.5K in Chennai

the price dropped pack we talked abt earlier today is the value pack (No UMD, no earphone, no remote, no case) which comes for $169.99 + Taxes or shipping

Apparently the core packs aren't available in Chennai currently though
 
Value pack shd be considered..

U need the UMD in the drive for the games to be played off the mem stick ..

the earphones suck .. nothing denying that.. :bleh:

Core pack has no UMD, no earphone, no remote or case. I bought one so I know. :tongue:

@salia...buy a new one. I bought one for Rs 8.5k+ screen guard and data cable.

nahi re..that was a typo ;)

What I meant was that the core pack does not come witht he bundle, while the Value pack (the 9.5K one) comes with the UMD/EP/Remote/Case which I think are certainly worth the extra 1 K

As for I, I picked up mine a year ago back for some 10.5 K IIRC
