Seems like a solid built mate. For cooler you can go for Deepcool AK500 or 620 (if Air) not sure about water cooler, perhaps cooler master 240L? 7900 is already very efficient

Good for milsim enjoyers, but I'm more into arcade-ish games. I hope someone makes an arcade version of this with crosshairs and hitmarkers, could be fun with parker movement on open maps.
