You never gave me time to think, remember you were in a lot of hurry, even when you yourself gave me a testing time of 5 days then why you asked for the funds just after 2 days. You even asked for some funds directly so that is why I l could not figure out things and transferred you 3600₹. You yourself agreed to sell them together at 4500₹ + 100₹ shipping

As for the motherboard i sent you a brand new board, and after 15 days i am also accepting it back. Your psu and cabinet were not even new i don't think you should be having any problems taking them back. It's not just you who lost customer for the psu, i will have to find another buyer for the motherboard now.

I indeed gave you 5 days testing time provided you're gonna use it until You told me you have no equipment to test it for atleast 1 month i suggested you to go some pc shop and test it out. You yourself suggested you will pay me rn I was getting anxious too on what basis are you gonna pay me if you're not gonna test it for 1 month?. The deal was finalized on 21st april,damage was reported by you on 27th April morning money was paid by you on 28th april afternoon the change of price was demanded by you on 8th may I don't see how more than 24 hours were enough before you paid me and after 28th you had 2 more days to talk about this the price change to me. You waited till 8th may and enough time had passed. This is unacceptable to me.
 
I transferred just because of your hurry, you use to mention about the payment on WhatsApp all the time and on the phone you told me to loan some funds too.

You will have to take the psu and cabinet back for the deal to work out and you will also have to make sure to pack the parcel well enough that it reaches me without any damage. Only then we can proceed. Today it's already late so make sure you ship it tomorrow morning else I will not accept the motherboard after that.

Loan some funds? Or rather asking money for the shipment I sent?

You have to keep psu and ship cabinet thats it. And I'll only be able to ship motherboard tomorrow until I confirm you paid middle man.

You yourself told me to keep the cabinet free of cost then you asked me to send it back. Now you are taking this way too long.

I already offered you the best I can in this situation. If you don't agree it's your call. But you will have to take the cabinet and psu back for this deal to work out.

I told you to take it for free if i don't find any alternative ( cause the return shipping then fixing it and selling it again paying for shipping would yield bare minimum profit)and even suggested you to pay 400-500 but for just a small bend in cabinet you refused. So i contacted delhivery and by chance it was insured delivery so i had a chance to claim insurance on it but you didn't ship it for as long as i remember.I offered my best too here you're only making trouble for me.I did nothing wrong to you everything was perfect except damage to cabinet during transit that too was solved by me by making you not pay for it and taking it back without any trouble. Not only I have lost time, money, insurance and my sanity.I offered to pay for shipping too at that time.

As you don't agree with the very basis conditions also, i am sorry I cannot help you anymore. I have also invested enough time in all this, my work and everything else has got affected too. But I cannot take anymore of this. The motherboard is all your now. I am not going to reply to this thread further. I am done...

Fine ship it back to me make sure everything is included with it just like i sent it to you including bill. And I'll not send mobo until you pay to middle man.

Everything is kept as it is. Please ask the mod to share me his payment details, UPI ID or number via pm. Will transfer the funds tomorrow morning. As you are agreeing to ship the item back it's entirely your responsibility to get the product back in the exact same condition in which you got it. This is just a reminder.

I have already provided pics you can verify everything from them. The motherboard was untouched even the plastic seal on aio and some is not removed. So the condition is same.
 
You shared a lot images and videos of packing the psu and cabinet too but what happened, it got damaged in the transit. 17k is not a small amount and I cannot risk it if you are not willing to take the transit risks on your self. So please agree that you take full responsibility of the the transit risks. If I recieve a damaged product i will not accept it and you will have to take it back and the mod has to transfer the funds back to me. Mentioning all this so that the deal is done in a crystal clear way.

Sure but how do I know you will not damage it yourself?
I never tested motherboard what about that?

are big red flags of showing how irresponsible and selfish the seller is.

Genuine people should understand that shipping responsibility is not one sided and in case of a mishap the loss should ideally be split.

I have also noticed this trend from last month or two. Sellers are posting long shipping terms with their sale topics. They need money upfront, shipping on buyer, seller take no responsibility what so ever if something happens during transit. And people are still buying from these shitty sellers.

I think TE should make some rules against it. If package is lost or damaged then they both should share the responsibility. If package is returned then one side courier charges should be paid by the seller.

Sharing responsibility and risk is what make TE better than other places.

One of the loop holes they abuse. For example seller here had no problem sending me the package with chartered delivery. But when I'm using same packaging same shipment method he's worried about the shipment getting damaged...

And remember since you're so good at packaging cabinet should not be damaged more (you already sent pics) since I already lost insurance claim on it because of you I'll not tolerate things further @bloomfield295 I'll pay 3500 as refund to middle man.

This has already been discussed umpteen times in the other Market thread in the General section so you should really post there.
No seller is forcing anyone to purchase and the buyer has the option to pay and insure if they are so much worried. Those are the terms so if you don't like it move on.
I agree bad packaging should never be an excuse since there are stickied threads on how to pack well. But even if you pack well, how the hell has the seller any control over transit risk and how will they be responsible if anything goes wrong.
As far as the sharing of responsibility on shipping damages is concerned, that is a choice.
In this case, the mode of shipping was a bus ? If yes I personally would avoid it in the first place for electronic items.
