Graphic Cards Should i buy used GPU from Nehru Place?

There are certain stores with lots of videos on youtube like Suraj Technologies etc that sell used GPU in about the same price as one can expect here.

But since a lot of shady things happen in nehru place i'm not sure if i should even consider buying one from there regardless of the store..

Does anyone have experience buying used stuff from there?

And if i do decide to buy a GPU from there, what should i look out for? What should i test? How do i ensure that it has warranty that is not voided etc
