Not unless you open it and get it tested at the store. I'm not a fan of that, I prefer to have the experience of opening something new in my home.
I just picked MDC as an example, the prices are pretty similar in other stores. The point is Amazon is done with its customer acquisition phase of pushing massive discounts and no questions asked returns and spending tons of money to push small retailers out of the market, and is now in the "screw the customer, they have no options" stage. I would rather deal with an honest retailer, even at the cost of an extra 500, and deal with a person who might know at least the difference between RAM and GPU if i face a problem, rather than deal with Amazon support who know nothing, are just given scripts to follow, and continually hang up/transfer you.
If I don't care for the way a retailer handles DOA issues, I'll just go somewhere else for my next purchase. But my policy, over the last year, has changed to "only buy from Amazon if the thing is not available anywhere else".

A little off-beat: a monopod, the lowest priced one I've found that's aluminum and with twist locks: https://www.amazon.in/s?k=mefoto+walkabout+monopod&i=electronics
It's at least 1k more expensive everywhere else online. There are far cheaper monopods, so this only makes sense if you want twist locks with a reputable brand and/or a proven design. Twist locks are easier to deploy and less susceptible to failure over time (cheaply-made click locks usually break within a few years). Unclear if it can take those stabilizing mini-legs that other monopods can. I'll have to check after it arrives. It's also headless, so you'll need at least a basic ball head for any kind of articulation.

seller seems sketchy, reviews are monsty saying wrong product sent. and its non-returnable.
All motherboards on Amazon have that "Non-returnable" tag, even ones sold by Appario. But yes, the seller has too many reviews where the wrong motherboard was sent.
At first glance, it seems like the seller is highly rated. On further scrutinization, they have a number of shit reviews that are unaccounted for because Amazon has scratched them off under the guise of "being Amazon fulfilled". Such misleading BS.
Amazon has this policy where any negative review related to wrong/defective/in-transit damaged product received is considered amazon's responsibility & not seller's because amazon fulfilled means the product was supposedly in fine condition when it reached amazon warehouse from seller's place.
PC Components are best purchased from mdcomputers or vedantcomputers. Amazon and Flipkart often mix processors with different variants and then begins the hassle of returns being rejected.
Arrived today, the foot is attached with a M8 thread. The one I got was Imported in 2019 and looks brand new.
It's incredibly sturdy, I'm very pleased with it. It weighs a little over 600g and is very comfortable to hold and carry. This is my first monopod after decades with >5kg tripods.
I'm looking for ways to make something like the BlackWidow Tripod Carrier for it with a knock-off holster: https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B01MRB7MZV/ for easier carrying.
It was Fotocart. It was packaged well, with multiple layers of bubble wrap over the outer box with a courier bag on the outside, taped multiple times over.
The manual doesn't show any 3/8 threads as mentioned in the review, just the standard 1/4 one. The exposed threads are fewer than usual, so it doesn't thread into my Manfrotto 484 ball head which has recessed female threading. I needed to use a couple of adapters to change it to a male 3/8 thread and then a female 3/8 to male 1/4 thread.
I'll look into a more cost effective ball head later, just using what I have for now — this ball head is almost twenty years old!
