Microsoft throws 3 mail apps in Windows 10 - Mail, Outlook and Outlook (new) . Any better alternatives ?

Email delivery is proper only in Outlook (New) other two has delays up to 15 minutes, syncing gmail/hotmail account. (my android gets new email notifications within few seconds)
Outlook (new) got a pathetic UI (specially if you have multiple mail boxes) you can only add inbox to favorite to find a notification about new mail or manually click to expand those mail boxes.
Edit: It comparatively takes loads of CPU/RAM

We are forced to use Outlook New now, as other 2 shall be taken off in 2024 (and a notification bugs you everytime to try new outlook)

What are other alternatives members using here ?
At present looking for free alternative which can sync all my public email accounts like hotmail, gmail, yahoo.. or paid solution can also work.

+1 Honestly the only good open-source and free option. You do need to tweak a few things for quality-of-life upgrades but yeah it has everything.

Nope nothing as such; for context July 2023 saw a major overhaul of thunderbird dubbed "supernova" (v 115). Since it's based on thunderbird, they are asking users to switch to new version, that's all.
