This is one of Windows' kernel files. It might be corrupted or the hard drive might be going bad which is why you are getting BSOD.

Try repairing Windows installation.

Actually already tried everything Mem test, sfc /scannow to find corrupted system files chkdsk /r to find disk issues
Win Repair,SSD is also 100% health no errors, did everything but keep getting this error.

Ntoskrnl is always a tricky one because its a core system function so there can be many reasons, since you have tried everything obvious try the following:

Drivers: if not yet done already, update your drivers (including optional/featured drivers), you can use 3rd party softwares like IObit
RAM: did you try the windows ram test or memtest86/64 ? if windows then get memtest86/64 create bootable then test
SSD: If its a old SDD then it should deteriorate over time, get crystal disk or HDD sentinel OR HD Tune and scan for issues

Finally if nothing else work:

Fresh Format: some times some faulty updates/drivers keep getting re-written, do a clean format (ensure you delete the whole drive, recreate then format and only then install windows)

Hope this helps

I have observed that i mostly get this BSOD while using chrome. Does chrome use high resource compared to edge and other browsers.
Maybe this nothing to do with hardware but with software, try resetting your Pagefile:

Excerpt from this page

To reset your page file, follow the instructions below:

a ) Go to Start...Run...and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter.

-Then click on the Advanced tab,
-then on the Performance Settings Button,
-then on the next Advanced tab,
-then on the Virtual Memory Change button.

b ) In this window, note down the current settings for your pagefile (so you can restore them later on).

-Then click on the "No paging file" radio button, and
- then on the "Set" button. Be sure, if you have multiple hard drives, that you ensure that the paging file is set to 0 on all of them.
-Click OK to exit the dialogs.

c ) Reboot (this will remove the pagefile from your system)

d ) Then go back in following the directions in step a ) and re-enter the settings that you wrote down in step

b ). Follow the steps all the way through (and including) the reboot.

e ) Once you've rebooted this second time, go back in and check to make sure that the settings are as they're supposed to be.
