Recording Telephonic conversations

Hi,
I'm looking for a device I can connect to my landline to record the conversation. Any resources for this? It is the classical 'line-in' type phone with a splitter for phone and modem....also, need to be be able to convert the recording into a audio file format (.wav format).

I have a adapter similar to the first link you connect it to your computer soundcard and use scanrec Download Scanner Recorder (Scanrec) 1.9 Free - An audio recorder that is primarily designed to record speech. - Softpedia to record the calls if you have a computer running 24/7.

if u dont want to use a PC, you can use a Voice Recorder from Cenix etc.

Unfortunately the above solutions did not work out for me….just wondering if this will be feasible using an ordinary nokia 3310?...any nokia (or other)enhancement that can be connected to the phone to record the conversation?
