Need your inputs for a routers under 10K

Home: Around 1500sft flat

Currently using: Dlink DIR 816

Devices/Load: 2 Smart TVs(one of them needs 4K streaming via Netflix etc, the other is full HD streaming),
2 laptops,
1 Desktop computer,
2 Consoles,
4 to 5 Mobile phones

Will a Netgear R6850 AC2000 be good enough? How much performance improvement will i see if i go for a Netgear Nighthawk R7000P.

I saw a Netgear Nighthawk R8000 AC3200 at a local store for 14K....is it worth going for this over the above ones for my needs?

Get a router that you can flash custom firmware on -like the r7000 for cheap second hand. Use this as the main router. Buy cheaper 2-3 cheaper routers and pull the wire from the main router to these. You can add wifi of all to your devices or if device is at one place then the nearest router. Even cheapest 150mbps n router will support 4k streaming.

Or you can go for mesh routers but always have a wired backbone, else they will eventually suck as the network gets congested.
