Suggestion on Power consumption meter

Does anyone know of pluggable power meters as here ? This is quite costly. There must be cheaper ones available out there. hyeah:

Would like to know brand and point of contact if possible.

You can buy it from dealextreme.com chinese make or indian made MECO ones which cost Rs1999.
