Z790 UD is good, check Hardware Unboxed for VRM temp tests. Can check review for Z690 & apply it to the corresponding Z790 model.

Prices seem higher.

Check pcpricetracker.

Its their money, if they want to waste it, who are we to stop them?

Cooler - Deepcool AK400, unless going other way for aesthetics. Remember that i5 13500 can draw 150W on full load, so needs a good single tower cooler or dual tower dual fan one like AK620 as India has high ambient temps.
Mobo - Get MSI B760M A Pro WiFi

Cabinet - Deepcool Matrexx 40 3FS looks good & is compact as it is a mATX case, so no ATX mobo support

Which GPU will be added?

Those are the prices in local shops? They look good, go ahead with them. Gigabyte Z790 is a good board.

For the case, maybe check if there are options with more pre installed fans in the case, and a mesh in the front. The brand doesn't matter.

Looks great, do post pics after the final PC is done as well.

As for the CPU connector, it doesn't really matter which route you want to go with. One is enough. Make sure that you're connecting the plug to the correct socket on the PSU and the motherboard.

This.
I was in the same dilemma and decided to go for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Spectrum but later on read in a few articles that 13500's max TDP can reach 154W whereas Hyper 212's TDP rating is 150W. Therefore, I went with Deepcool AK400. Very happy with the decision.
