Windows What productivity apps (mobile + desktop) and Windows 7 compatible do you use?

Wondering what productivity apps / tools members use here?

I am :
Using todoist task manager (android + windows)
Lastpass (both)
Onedrive (both)
SwiftKey keyboard (android)
Zoho mail (free edition)
IFTTT (combining multiple Android apps tasks to single)

So far todoist being best alongwith IFTTT.
What's your workforce?

There's are few on lists like :
Evernote
One Note

But messenger found those really helpful or why i should use those.

IFTTT is of great use.

Just give it a try to Joplin, they have various integration options (such as Nodered) for IFTTT.

Joplin is open source

+1 for draw.io, they literally replaced visio for day to day tasks

Just an update and bump, if more users are using Productivity apps.

On my list using across Windows 10 + Android.
LastPasss (switching to 1Password soon)
TickTick (going to todoist after subscription ends)
Zoho Mail free
OneNote started using this and its way too amazing (specially for all O365 users)
Phone Link

Grammarly on Windows 10

Swiftkey Keyboard for Android.

Inter-connected lot of apps via IFTTT and Zapier.

Planning for trial of any Todo Manager for teams (Windows/iOS/Android)

What's all the hype about the softwares like Notion, Obsidion, Capacities.io etc... It would be helpful if anyone who uses any of those can tell that here.

In short all 3 are note taking apps and provides new versatile experience to add/explore content you save, they have unique features tailored according to end-users requirements.
It will be very difficult to explain which app supersedes other. As they have u unique style which tailors accordingly to different mind-sets
I would suggest going reading what each of those are capable along with there unique feature from official sites..
But reading will just give a fair idea, unless you start using those and harness the true potential.

Research a bit as well about key differences/features comparing 3 of them with each other.

Personally: I am using OneNote (not unique but does what I want) as it comes with 1 TB storage alongwith my O365 subscription yearly.
