Buddy I haven't got it yet..courier buddies told me that they have not received such consignment.

I have sent below complaint to TPC
"I had sent a courier by awb VPL503003059 on 2 Jan'12 to Bhatinda. It is still in transit. It reached Delhi on 3 Jan'12. Since then 2 weeks have passed. Pl check & arrange urgent delivery. Thanks. Asheet 92233 23333"

Let me see what they revert with.
You also ask your local TPC guy to check with their Delhi office Status On Transit Forwarding Details

Buddy I received the mp3 player yesterday.It does not works..

• When i plug out the charger after hours of charging..it says low battery and shut down.Also it stays in fm mode even when the charger is plugged in.
  
• The condition is quiet terrible..
  
• Armband is damaged and is of no use..
  
• The right earhook is broken..

Why is it so?Did u checked it before sending??

I am sorry to hear the feedback.
The item was in fully working condition & hardly used. I had checkedit before sending & fund it to b working & fully funcional.
The armband was unused & the headset was intact with no broken earplug etc.

I had complained to Professional courier on daily basis to all their ofices & also to Times of India, Pehreddar etc for their poor & shoddy service. I guess post that they must have located the pckage & deliverd to you.

I had packed it safely in a steel round box & then in a box carton so no way there could be a damage.

Pl raise a complaint with Local Professional courier office & send me the ack. I will also chase them here.

I contacted them,they said they have delivered to me as they received.

First it is not even partially working,forget fully working.It doesn't even turns on without charger plugged in and when it starts,it stays in FM mode.

Secondly,The armband is totally damaged at one end so it cant be hooked up with mp3 player.

Thirdly,The earphones are fine but the earhook is broken.

Fourth there was no steel round box or strong packing..It was a light paper-box in which it was packed.

I am uploading the pics.Watch them carefully and suggest a solution please.

Hmmmm... I guess the courier has done some mischief.
Pl try with another charger or charge using Laptop/PC USB port and check

I tried everything.
The results are same..I could have ignored the damaged armband and broken earhook but whole mp3 player in not working...Please suggest..

Pl check the RCA S2001 manual at below link. That may help in using the mp3 player properly
