Yes, already did ;) Can take a while that way. I dunno... seems kind of nice being able to play all my music on pretty much any of my devices, anywhere. :)
I live in the San Francisco Bay area, and this week was Google I/O at the Moscone Center.
If you haven't had a chance to see these two overviews movies from Google, they are pretty impressive. One of the big things for me was Music Beta.
Anyone know where I can get an invite ;)
Good job but OMG, I think you have your work cut out for you. I can't offer any suggestions since I live in the US and our availability is different (but I would if I could :bleh:) As you can already tell, everyone is going to gave a different opinion about this ;) that's what happens when you...
I hope you received my PM, but Best Buy is a chain of electronics stores, and you can often find good deals there. They are always having a sale on something, and they are located everywhere.
You need to have an app on your phone that will open those file types for it to recognize the files types you want to download, try SUFBS, it is a great file manager. I know it will open the zips, not sure about the rars.
While agree with you to a certain point ;)
I don't think you could buy any phone with an OS that doesn't have a feature missing that you want.
While I would also like a perfect phone :P I choose the one that has as many of the features I need, and the one's that are most important to me that...
How about something like Locale or Tasker, while they won't work when the phone is off, they are location aware programs that can turn apps on and off based on time and location and other things.
On April 15th T-Mobile is supposed to be releasing the G2X AKA Optimus 2X, I don't know what 10k is in US Dollars and I imagine the G2X will likely be a bit pricey. I live in the SF Bay area and I work all over San Francisco. :)
Most of these types of programs will allow you to choose how many directory levels to go up so you can end up getting way to many files if you aren't careful :) and no you can't download protected areas of sites, and I am pretty sure you won't be able to go to the iTunes store and download...
There are plenty of spider programs that are available with a google search that will crawl a website and download everything.... and I do mean everything. You have to be careful because it will also download a lot of stuff you don't need including adds and such.
Clearly, Nvidia has better Linux driver support than ATI. I am not a fanboy of either one over the other, but I have to agree that IMO nvidia has more polished drivers with better overall support.
Was looking at that as an option too, but I felt that the Pyramid seems to be rumored with slightly better specs... and I am already a T-mobile customer (They are supposed to be getting the Pyramid)
