You know what, I just recently entered redhat.com in my web browser and haven't seen anything new on that matter totally. I am highly doubt that they are on that level, I mean to be bought by IBM just recently. Are you able to confirm it or give more details ?

You can go for lowest Samsung model just like J105-H or J120 or something like that. It seems they are cheap enough and have all that you listed that you want in Smartphone. Mine have 4G, 5.5", I use 32GB microSD card, I wish it had more ram and space, but it serves my small business...
