Expect no more than 40k for 2080 and 30k for 2070. 2070 at 30k will have tough competition with cheaper 1080ti on sale which would perform similar or better minus RTX. Only factor going in favour of 2070 is longer warranty.

I think you are expecting much higher prices. Below might be more closer to what you might fetch. 7700k - 10k Vega 64 - 20-25k (used 1080ti going was going for 30k before 3000 series pricing)

Mate, I wonder why would you buy an i7 8700k for 29k at this point of time when i7 9700k is out there at a similar price and compatible with z370/390 MoBo. If you want to sell this CPU you will certainly incur loss which I don't suggest that you should do unless there is some very urgent need...
