dont know about secondary camera and ability to do video call, but samsung corby pro might be worth a look. it has great touch response. however in one of the threads, a secondary camera on corby pro was confirmed. cons: - only one propriety software - so lack of apps.

Re: Help on Microwave oven.. These days convection microwave are coming with a lot of inbuilt recipes. Is it possible that they are using all three modes for a single recipe (just a thought) in that case a single equipment might be better.
