I need to buy a motherboard for a Ryzen 1600 system, after the old motherboard an MSI one stopped working (even though it was under warranty the MSI people kept on repairing it and it kept on failing till the warranty expired). There is not going to be any overclocking so need a budget board...
I agree with your point of view but some times it becomes unavoidable to purchase a product even if the price is no less than extortion. so my option is to whether to pay that extortion to Zotac/Gigabyte/Asus or some scalper.

I think there is some truth behind Linus's test conclusion, I was watching a Moore's Law Is Dead (which i find to be a relatively reliable youtube channel regarding hardware) video and he made an interesting point regarding Mining GPU vs Gaming GPU, since Mining GPU are under a constant load...
I was about to start the same thread, want to start with some affordable yet reliable printer, Ender 3 seems a good option, but want to know if anyone here using a 3d printer and their experience.
I am ok with the 6800K I have in my system, waiting for GPU prices to be more reasonable, but i guess i am not alone there in that wait and watch group.
Mostly work in Unreal Engine, my 850Evo which is only 250GB is not enough for me anymore. Most of my projects stay on my WD 2tb HDD, which I feel is slowing down my projects, shader compilation takes ages.
