CPU/Mobo Press power button atleast 3-5 times, to start PC.

Thats probably a failing PSU. In my other PC, I have a dead corsair 750TX. For many months, I had to press the power button like 5 6 times to start it. One day, the PC refused to start. Turned out my PSU was dead. Just letting it out here. Its a possibility.

Graphic Cards Need a solid 1080p 144hz graphics card

hi.. question was not about the longevity of the CPU. I am asking if 3600 will get rid of the situation I have with the 5700xt. What gfx card do you have? Anyhoo, another update: I OC'd my 1600 to 3.6 GHz. CSGO thing is mostly resolved. Now I am getting the similar performance that I was with...

Graphic Cards Need a solid 1080p 144hz graphics card

Status update for anybody who is interested. AC O performs worse than 1060. I'm getting between 45 and 60 fps at lowest settings. Even 60 fps has a latency of 33 ms which is jerky. Csgo has gone to hell. 120 fps with a high latency and frame skips at high settings. At medium settings latency...

Graphic Cards Need a solid 1080p 144hz graphics card

I bought the sapphire pulse 5700xt today for 37k. It's getting bottlenecked by my 1600. AC O has gpu utilization between 50 and 75 percent but it still beats the cap out of my 1060. 1060 with high was around 60 fps. 5700xt with ultra is 70 fps. Has more potential. I'll buy a 3500 or 3600 now to...

Graphic Cards Need a solid 1080p 144hz graphics card

OK.. So a retailer here is offering the gbt rx 5700xt and sapphire pulse for the same price which is 32000 plus 18 percent gst... This is the cheapest I can see anywhere. I know sapphire and have always had a good experience with them. How is gigabyte? Are they reliable? And if it comes to after...

Budget 51-70k Buying a Pc for first time

For esports 120 FPS +, Ryzen 5 3500 makes more sense. Its equal in performance to 3600 and is 7k cheaper. And stick with nvidia GPUs for all those games. 1660 super or above. RTX 2060 is now available at 25k at some places. Check with your local market.

Graphic Cards Best Graphic Card For Adobe Works

Umm zotac RTX cards have bad VRM coolers, be careful. Better to get inno3d or galax for cheaper RTX cards. Zotac Messed up their VRM coolers with the RTX series AFAIK. And yeah, that Asus Phoenix is not something you should buy. BTW, do photoshop and illustrator NEED that graphics horsepower...

PC Peripherals Do I need a ups?

When the power cuts, and the PC continues running, there is no need to buy a UPS. In fact, UPS acts strange when connected to inverter power many times. I have had my PCs running well on central inverter UPS and APC UPS over the years. Both have been just fine, never had any problems. The...

    Budget 0-20k Graphics Card help

I second GTX 1660 from between the two. Reasons: Newer architecture (Turing 2018 vs Polaris 2016-17). 1660 is much faster than 580 in everything. IMO, 1660 super or ti are good deals if available around 20k. RX 580 is a good deal only if it drops at 12k levels, which it wont. For 4k gaming...

Graphic Cards Need a solid 1080p 144hz graphics card

Whoa. I didnt expect that from MSI. I'd let go of it then. Where is the gigabyte card? I dont see it on theitdepot site I'd go for this one then (which brings it dangerously close to Inno3d 2070 super @ 41k, haha)...

Graphic Cards Need a solid 1080p 144hz graphics card

Thanks guys. I am steering clear of the radeon reference cards. Nvidia FE is fine. Here is what I am after: But its 36k right now. https://www.theitdepot.com/details-MSI+Radeon+RX+5700+XT+MECH+OC+8GB+GDDR6_C45P31963.html For 2060 super, I see only brands like Galax, inno3d now, which I dont...

Graphic Cards Need a solid 1080p 144hz graphics card

Hey guys, I am back with a new requirement. I am going to buy a graphics card which can give me 144 FPS @1080p in most games, and the choices are RTX 2060 super or 5700xt. Trouble is both of these cards cost more than what they should right now. So, I am still deciding on which card to get. In...

Budget 90k+ Gaming and Video Rendering PC Under 100K

This VA monitor has 1 ms response time if you dont use Freesync (which you wont for majority of games due to already high refresh rate). For CSGO, which always run at >200 FPS, you have a choice. Either use 1 ms, no freesync, or use the default 4 ms AND freesync. BTW, when I dont use freesync...

Budget 90k+ Gaming and Video Rendering PC Under 100K

Between KG241QP and Lg24gm79g, I think Acer is a better option due to its lower cost and similar specs. It just lacks the USB port and everything else is very similar. - Both have TN Panel - Both have HDMI and DP. Use DP for gsync And instead of both, I would highly recommend Samsung cfg73...
