    End of cycle, pick your poison 5600, 5600x, 5700x and 5900x. For your needs these should work fine. 5700x is the middle ground, 5900x will be overkill + more heat to manage. Best buy for low budget would be 5600 on a deal for 11k and OC it to near 5600x level and sell the 3600 for 6.5k.
