Well, the person I gave it to says the PSU is fine as even my tests had mostly confirmed and will need some time to determine which component is the culprit. It could be the CPU or Mobo afaik cause I had it running almost 24*7 for 4 years, that too overclocked.

First update your graphics drivers , motherboard bios and drivers and windows updates and and see of the issue still persists. If its still there, then try using your GPU on a friends PC(with a good PSU) and see if you can reproduce the issue on his PC. If its happening on his PC too then RMA...
