from past month i am facing this problem...it seem like system interrupts is causing one of cpu core to be always at 100. after running latencymon i found out the problems but i cant fix them.so help me solve it.... - - - Updated - - - all my driver are are updated...

i have unlocked 2 of my processor cores(amd 550be) from past few days one of my cores is always at 100% even if i use it as dual core.it works fine with linux but does this in win xp and win 7.what could be the problem??i think its virus but even if i format hdd this happens......

used my splendor for 13 years......now planning for new one.....but confused between.. unicorn dazzler-77000 apache rtr 180-79000 apache rtr 160-76000 f.e is a concern but i can skip that my height is 5.8 and my dads height is 5.4......he must feel comfortable........what should i do????? are...
