^I changed the address in two different locations,I think changing it in Send Money option in wallet.google.com fixed it. Also clear google play store data.

I am in India. Edit: I was able to fix the problem by saving my address to India.

It shows the price to be Rs.10 but when I try to pay using debit card the price changes to $1. Is this normal?
