I guess you tried to overclock the RAM, and that didn't work out, so it might have defaulted to 1200MHz. @ze_cook might be right, but the RAM should be overclockable, at least by little. Try 2133MHz.

First, check the BIOS and see if you can change the RAM speed. And the CPU/Motherboard maximum RAM speed supported by the CPU/motherboard.

Any particular reason you are going with a thunderbolt dock? AFAIK, a KVM switch would be much much cheaper and get the job done, granted they usually don't come with LAN. Also, how many input types do the monitor support? Just HDMI, or do they have DP port/DVI, etc?

I would recommend node 202 or Ridge, but you would have to get a decent CPU cooler. Since you are using Ryzen 5, you might not need an AIO. Personally I have Node 202, and it is more backpackable than something like the H1. Dan A4 could be another option.
