I have a dozen 18650's from both samsung and sony if you are looking to buy them. No charger. Sold it last week on here.

I am sourcing a few for DIY work
Alternatively, go to a laptop repair shop or any scrap shop, get a scrap laptop battery (100 bucks) open the battery case and one could find 18650 batteries. Check with volt meter or multimeter and if measures above 1V recharge it and it should be good, don't expect it to perform like new one though

I've had good experience with robu , prices are good at electronics comp but their service sucks.
