PC Peripherals 1U Rack mount Server building Help

Okay, I'm trying to build a 1U Rack mount server with minimum cost having the following basic requirement:

1. Mobo should support dual CPU cores. For the time being should be able to install one only and then upgrade later.

2. 1U Rack mount cabinet, which should be able to house atleast 2 PCI/PCIx cards.

3. Dont need anything more than 120GB of HDD, so 2x 120GB HDD in RAID mirroring.

4. 4 GB of DDR2 RAM.

5. Redundant power supply could be optional.

So I was looking for suggestions to buy: Mobo, processors, 1U Rack Cabinet (should look really professional) etc. One more thing to keep in mind, this will be a demo custom made server of a probably startup company, if things click I would need regular supplies of the same stuff. So pls suggest stuff that are readily available in India. :) Preferably Intel only Mobo as I'm looking for longevity.

Please also suggest alternate Server Desktop cabinets that looks professional.

Do you have any budget in mind? A lot depends upon your requirements, as for what this server is gonna be used.

Here is a sample config, What I use as a cheapest Server:p

1 x Single Processor Quad Core Xeon 3220 - 2.40GHz (Kentsfield) - 10k

2 x Kingston 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) ECC Registered - 6k

1 x SuperMircro 1U Chasis with Mobo & PSU(buy from here - Depends on your choice

2 x Seagate SATA II 250GB HDD - 4k

1 x Rosewill RAID card - 2.3k

Offcourse, this might not be according to your budget or requirements. its just an sample

Also for another model, I was looking for a Atom based case which can house one full sized PCI card. Whatever I found in the market are small ones, basically I need a cube one that can be bought in india. Ideas ?
