So now that CBI Court had acquited them, They say nothing has gone wrong.. They are not guilty.. The Supreme court is also Ch***ya.

Govt should challenge back in High court or Supreme court.

“In the beginning, the prosecution started with the case with great enthusiasm and ardour. However, as the case progressed, it became highly cautious and guarded in its attitude making it difficult to find out as to what prosecution wanted to prove. However, by the end, the quality of prosecution totally deteriorated and it became directionless and diffident,” the judge said.

In its order, the judge said several applications and replies were filed on behalf of the prosecution. However, in the latter and also in the final phase of the trial, no senior officer or prosecutor was willing to sign the submissions. They would rather be signed by junior-most officer, Inspector Manoj Kumar.

“When questioned, the reply of the regular Senior Public Prosecutor would be that the learned Special Public Prosecutor would sign it and when the learned Special Public Prosecutor was questioned, he would say that CBI people would sign it. Ultimately, the petition/reply would be filed under the signature of Inspector,” said the court order.

The judge said this showed that neither any investigator nor any prosecutor was willing to take any responsibility for what was being filed or said in the court.

Also when final arguments started, learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that he would file written submissions. But, instead of filing written submissions, he started arguing the matter orally and argued it for several months. On conclusion of final arguments for the prosecution, he did not file written arguments, but instead submitted that he would file it only when the defence would file its written arguments.

“That was highly unfair. The prosecutor should have filed his written submissions in the first instance or at least contemporaneously with the oral submissions, so that the defence had a clear view of the case of the prosecution,” said the order.

They wont challenge back. With Amma gone, the next powerhouse will be DMK, and the AIADMK is mired in controversies and infighting.
 
BJP came to power by highlighting the 2G scam and now the same BJP govt, frees salman khan, transfer Khemka again (the one who opposed to Robert Vadra land deals) Allows Vijay Mallya to leave the Country despite a lookout notice against him, and now frees all the accused in 2G Scam.

One must not forget that the CBI now is under BJP's control and they made the case weak. Also they used the CBI only to raid on Sashikala, it seems NO other minister of TN has any black money stashed.

Well like many other Indians I feel cheated again, IT is like Chor Chor mausere bhai ??
 
Big scams like those don't happen without involvement from several parties and politicians. Pretty sure many BJP politicians would have also been beneficiaries. Also one must not forget that reliance is involved. On top of all that, Modi is trying to get tight with DMK.

Its pretty amazing how they all come together to brush away a 1.72 lac crore scam under the carpet like its nothing, but some poor bloke would get nailed for 2 years on changes of stealing Rs 100 even without concrete evidence.
 
1.76 cr lakhs is not the loss. Its a notional figure which the govt "could" have earned.
But if govt starts giving out natural resources at highest possible price, imagine the ramifications in day to day cost of living.

Companies, borrowed heavily from banks ( our money ), for the higher spectrum costs.
Entire industry is now sick, Companies are making staggered payments.
Govt had to reduce interest rates to telecom sector.
Govt hasn't actually seen the money.

Lol, i called this thing out many years ago. I SAID NOBODY WOULD BE CAUGHT. I hate the people who propagate this scam story.

The govt offers spectrum for cheap so that the telcos would offer affordable mobile services. Some people gt rich in the process.

So now the govt is told they should charge more for spectrum, they do to the point telcos don't want to buy. Whatever lease they got they have to repay. So the service aren't as good as they can be and cost more for the consumer. This country could have had the lowest mobile rates in the world. Too bad, will never happen

ALL BECAUSE OF THE IDIOTS THAT GO ON ABOUT 2G SCAM

I never understood people that demand a govt should make more revenue. These are idiots who don't pay taxes to begin with isn't it. They want higher taxes for those that do.
