PC Peripherals A Budget CPU and Fan

Hi guys,

1. One more visit to SP Road tomorrow for buying a pc for a friend.

He wants something from Intel. what he needs is a all components of the CPU box and no speakers, monitor etc. Budget - 13k max.

Things finalised are:

Zebronics Bijli w/ bundled PSU - 1.5k
WD6400AAKS - 3.8k
Samsung SH-S223F - 1.04k
1x2GB Transcend 800MHz Powerchips - 1.7k

Total = 8k

Rest 5k for mobo+cpu. So suggestions please, both AMD/Intel setup.

How about suggesting a full configuration for the budget :D

2. GlacialTech 120MM 89CFM (Ghost fan now, seems out of stock), CM 69CFM 120MM Turbine Blade (Silent and no funky LEDs), Amigo 69CFM Quad LED 120MM (This 1 slightly loudy but best VFM Just Rs.185)
