ACT Bangalore - Severe Speed Isssues

Since the last 2 months, the speed is reminding me of horrible Hathway days. I'm on a 30Mbps plan and speed after evening goes down to 1-2Mbps and sometimes even less than that regularly.

Anybody else experiencing this ? I have called them numerous times (incl Nodal officer) and they keep taking complaints but nothing seems to change.

Btw mostly all nets are fuked up these days ever since Hathway started sucking since June this yr.

Try putting this issue in local newspapers. Shame them if they cant provide a solution to your problem.

Its been 16 days now with the slow spee and past 1 week internet was completely down @ 90% of the time and the other times speed was abysmal around 1.2-1.8Mbps on a 30Mbps plan. Called the CC and even nodal officer multiple times but nothing changed, not even a person came to my premise. This is turning out to be my worst experience of an ISP in my life !!
Does anybody know how to escalate this above Nodal Officer ? I don't see any contact number or escalation matrix in their site.
