ACT throttling torrents ?

Various Speed test sites give me close to 50Mbps speed. But all the torrents (from both public and private trackers) are super slow, varying between 4.4-120KBps. Everything was fine till yesterday morning.

Anyone else facing this issue ? Maybe this is the flip side of the recent speed and FUP upgrade !!
 
Same Here. Tried both public and Private trackers, Speed were terrible.
I guess it must be some issue with the routing. Hopefully they should fix this soon
 
P2P has nothing to do with routing. Can't come soon to an conclusion that they're throttling traffic, but yeah slow access here and there can be observed.
 
Speed is little choppy especially american sites. Called my local ACT guy and he confirmed works are going on in backend and it should be back to normal by tomorrow morning. Torrents are working fine for me but browsing american and few european sites is little slow
