other than intel motherboard what else do u prefer?

No other company offer all these features at such a price point. The ASUS and MSi motherboards compromise on the number of DIMM's on offer, a sparse rear I/O panel.

So that is why I suggest you stick to the Intel DH67-BL in this case.

No nVidia cards in the mid-range section have yet to be updated to newer 'Kepler' based offerings these leave only the Fermi cards to play with the new AMD Radeon 78** series and unfortunately they get thoroughly chewed, as well as consume more power.

Only in a few select titles like Battlefield 3 they have a token lead. Here is a benchmark run between the GTX 560Ti and AMD HD 7850 2GB --> AnandTech - Bench - GPU12.
