After how many km have to change the bike tyres?

I have TVS Apache 200 and the tyre came along with the bike when i bought. Its already 50k+ kms and there is no puncture, but the tyre seems to be slippery recently. I used to ride on smooth and as well as rough roads.
Is this the right time to change thr tyres? What brand would recommend??
Please advise.

In my opinion it's over due. Replace the tires. I would prefer to go with stock i.e. same sets but if new version available then go for it.
