Aircel Launches new PocketBuddies plans combines 3G Data and SMS Combo Plans



Today, Aircel have launched new PocketBuddies plans which combines both 3G Data with SMS. It is called 'Aircel PocketBuddies – Srf n Txt’ and it is primarily designed for the Youth as it offers a single pack for 3G Data, SMS and additional unlimited 2G data after the limit of the 3G pack is reached (As can be seen above in the image).

A very attractive plan here is the Rs. 198 plan, which gives 1 GB of 3G Data over the month, in a addition with 6000 sms's per month. After the Limit is crossed the users still get unlimited 2G of data at the speed of 128 kbps.

The 198 Rs / 1GB plan is actually good. Hope other operators too come down soon. I would have to take a new cell phone number (Mumbai Circle) after 3-4 months so an operator with affordable 3G will be an essential criteria.

Don't think it's applicable in Mumbai now.

Rs. 251/- unlimited GPRS/EDGE for 90 days.
