Alternate ways to mount a table mount on an LED

Any ideas how to table mount an LED [Sony EX52 - 40" - 2011 Model] if the table stand is not available. I have misplaced the tray, which hold the table mount, and this is not available easily. Sony AD said, they can procure for 9,000; but never got back to me. I also opened a WTB thread for this.

You can create/fabricate a metal stand which will be supported by the four screws (of the wallmount) at the back. The design has to be such that the weight will be balanced properly.
Will a stand of Sony EX720 do?? Its a 40" model.

That stand seems similar. It has three pieces:

1. Plastic attachment which is screwed to the LED.
2. Round metal rod which is connected to (1).
3. A hard plastic metal tray, in which (2) is embedded and fixed.

I have 1 and 2. Have misplaced 3. So am in quite a soup. I do not want to VESA/wall mount -- at all...!
