With a budget of 70k you can easily run your config for 5+ years. No need to even think about updating it in 6 months or so.
Get whatever card you want now - second hand or new.

Dont know about wifi mobo.

For other stuff -
Ryzen 3600 cpu - Rs 17K

Ram - sell your single 8GB ram and get 2x8GB 3200MHz ram. Ryzen 3600 will work at optimum with high speed ram. It will work with slow ram but it will perform much better with faster ones.

G.SKILL Trident Z RGB Series DDR4 Memory Module (8GB X 2pcs, 3200Mhz) - Rs 10647

You can save money here and get a single 16GB stick for 7k or so.

Seagate SkyHawk 2TB ST2000VX008 Surveillance 3.5 inch 7200rpm Hard Drive - 4600

For case:
Antec Dark Phantom DP501 (ATX) Mid Tower Cabinet With Tempered Glass Side Panel And RGB Controller (Black) - 4650

OR Cheaper option:
Corsair Carbide Series CC-9011050-WW Mid-Tower Steel Gaming Case with Red LED (Black) - 2855

You still have enough money in budget to buy new Radeon RX5700 8GB GDDR6 card (31K). This is much faster than GTX2060 which costs 34-37K.

Thanks @6pack.. Out of 70k, 30k is reserved for LG 4K monitor so left with only 40k for rest of components so thought of used 1060 6gb as GPU as gaming is not primary use..

Considering my primary usage of 4k streaming is it ok to go for 3400G skipping the GPU?

The motherboard you chose does not support 3rd gen Ryzen currently without beta bios update. I was looking at the specs on MSI website.

If you want to stream youtube videos, then its better to get a gpu like Galax 1650 for 11.5k or get 2nd hand card better than the 1650. You could save some more by getting just 1 single 8Gb ram stick for 2800 rupees instead of spending 7k on a 16Gb stick.

Edit: Yes get the 3400G instead of 3600. Try streaming test videos withot gpu first. If it does not work get 2nd hand gpu.
