I have rounded upon two laptops.
1)AMD A8-7410 2.2GHz to 2.5 GHz
8 GB ram
2 GB dedicated Radeon Graphic
31,990 INR

2)Intel Core i3 4th gen 1.7 GHz
8 GB ram
2 GB dedicated Nvidia Geforce
38500 INR

Usage - High level coding,Graphic designing (doing computer engineering)

Please suggest which one is better. Should I go for AMD because it has higher clock speed and is MUCH CHEAPER?
 
There is a price difference of 6500rs. between the two which is pretty huge.
And you haven't mentioned the laptop model no./video card model.
Don't get something "cheaper", get something better.

Ya, Sorry, forgot to mention the laptop model.

The one with AMD A8-7410 is Acer Nxmwjsi006

The one with Intel i3 is Acer e5-573g
