^ As I said in my previous post, I can't say anything about other games as I haven't tried them. Plus I was using the 11.10 preview driver before this, so not much difference with it.

Can't say anything about 11.9 coz I had never installed it.

Catalyst 11.11 WHQL drivers are up!

Get them here - AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

The driver brings the following:

Adobe Flash Player 11 support

Enables full support of the GPU accelerated Stage 3D API and Stage 3D applications

Supported on the AMD Radeon HD Series of GPUs, A-Series APU and E-Series APU

RESOLVED ISSUES

Images and textures are no longer corrupted (blue) in Rage (see this discussion on Reddit)

Bezel compensation now works correctly with Far Cry 2.

Screen tearing is no longer randomly observed while moving a window on the desktop while in Clone mode or Eyefinity mode.

A black screen is no longer observed when extending displays.

Homefront no longer crashes randomly when Crossfire is enabled.

DC Universe Online no longer hangs soon after selecting a character and entering the game.

The Catalyst Application Profile (CAP 1) brings:

Catalyst 11.11a gives performance improvement. Have a look:

It's a win-win driver. Sadly, no SKYRIM performance improvement. But that wont be, as it's pathetically optimized to use cores. Unless the devs do anything about it, we're stuck with bad frame rates(even with i7 2600k !!!)

one more doubt ,checked so many site ,everyone is telling 11.9 is much better than 11.10 and 11.11.

is it correct?

I found 11.11 to be extremely stable... Played BF3, MW3, FIFA12, Arkham city, NFS run etc... No problems for me.

Yeah it was recommended by AMD themselves...sadly it's a preview so it doesn't have support for Hardware acceleration of Media transcoding.

oh ok ok.. well I don't use that feature. Use my Sandy Bridge for that (quick sync, cyber media expresso!)
 
6850, and witcher runs more or less fine at hd resolution while I can get 25+ fps consistent only if I lower resolution in skyrim.
