No this is not a job requirement, but if were, the pay could be anything from 0 to 12 L+ all depends on how much you would know.

I am looking for experienced, imaginative and self driven programmers who would like to work in their free time on challenging projects and are capable of delivery on time.
 
I have a friend who is part of a startup which creates ios/android programs. Do you have an email id i could ask him to mail you at?
