DS lites are like that only. First its buttons bacame hard to press. Then the upper screen got all white and then lastly, it became all flappy. It wasn't a fake.
I hope 3DS is not like that
The buttons are great BTW.

Dunno about the new 3DS but a friend has the original 3DS for nearly 2 years now and its still great. He got it from Dubai. From what I hear, consoles are cheap there. Another friend in Delhi got his Xbox 360 from Dubai.

^good read. Its like the franchise is now killing themselves off slowly. But there will be new kids (and at one point, adults) who will play the game.

You guys probably don't care but the price of DS Lites on GameStop has increased to $50 from $19.99.
Anyone know why?? I mean its not even a new console!!
I was planning to take at least two but plans all ruined now.

Never owned 3DS mainly because its overpriced in india.
