anyone using Indesit washing machine

Is anyone here using Indesit front load washing machine ?, How reliable is the product compared to other front loaders and service by ETA Star and Is it worth paying 2500/- additional than a LG 5.5kg DD FL washer for Idesit 5KG ?.

Most people bash this brand as the worst on several European/Australian internet forums. So i really don't want to invest in something that will not work after one month or have to wait for parts.

Well my friends who have been to Europe actually swear by the brand. Apparently lasts long. I got a Cooking range around a year back. Support has been pretty miserable (Guy came after a month after calling them for a minor snag), but the range works very well.
