first thing first, look in offline stores near your area to find good deals.
if you can't find good deals then also check online stores like ......

*itdepot.com (also have a showroom in Chennai, i think so)
*primeabgb.com
*mdcomputers.in

you do not need z170 motherboard as it is required for overclocking.

For Monitor, get lg 22 inch ips 1080p monitor will cost around 9k.
and i will leave 3-4k for keyboard and mouse, get whichever u like.

----> so for 79k go with this

1) CPU - i5 6600 (17k)
2) Motherboard - b150 (7-8k) or h170 (8-9k)
3) Ram - 2X8gb ddr4 total 16GB (6-7k)
4) Graphics card - nvidia gtx 1060 6GB (21-23k)
5) ssd - samsung 750 evo 250GB (5,100₹ on primeabgb.com)
6) hard disk - 1tb western digital blue 3.5k
7) power supply - good quality power supply like corsair cs450m or cx450m (4-5k)
8) good case - whichever u like for (4-5k)

Kindly please do not suggest 750 EVO unless you have used it. I have it, and the performance is nowhere near the 850 EVO. This is akin to buying an i7 and taking dynet RAM for it :p

try waiting for 6-8 months, AMD zen cpus will be out by then... might be way better spending or atleast good price drop on intel side... gtx 1100 series are coming out soon, and something good from AMD side, since you can wait for 6 months then add 2-3 months to your plans... just sharing my thoughts

The problem with waiting is there is no end to it. Every 6 to 8 months something is announced without definite dates and the wait for the best continues. So if you are getting something, get the best that your money can buy today.

Yes
+1 for not waiting in case of Processors since the architecture changes happen for min 4 years & -1 for waiting in case of Graphics Cards since their architecture changes happen every year.

I mean Processors dont old enough or get outdated quickly than Graphics Cards which mainly depends on which ever task they are made for.

Newer games are developed that require newer Graphics Cards every year than Processors.
