@Zak what's your usage? i3 may be a little weak depending on what you plan to use it for, but overall system is great especially since it has good sized SSD already.

$600. Is the price okay for this laptop? Or I can find something better for that price?

Its bad to spend US$600 for unit you mentioned. Check slickdeals for plenty of deals. For instance, currently you can score Asus TUF FX505DY-ES51 for same price. Comes with Ryzen 5 3550H, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB NVMe SSD, 4GB RX560X, 15.6" FHD display, backlit keyboard.

buddy 15.6 inch ones are always cheaper. OP mentioned a 13.3 inch one. 600$ is a fair price for it.

Id prefer a dell or Hp for a 70k plus laptop. Myself own vivobook 14
Why exactly? After sales service? 10 years ago, hp was nightmare. Going by the very poor resale value of hp, I have my doubts. Their support for non consumer (elitebooks, not probooks) is top notch though.
I feel Dell is somewhat overpriced.

In foreign places dell and Hp give a good config laptops at lower price than india so why prefer asus ? besides some give international warranty as well.

Asus laptops are most overpriced in India. I've no first hand experience of US pricing (only seen in US websites) but in Europe, Zenbooks are really cheap compared to India.
I have probably never seen a single Vivobook in the part of Europe where I live, the Zenbooks are generally priced like somewhat decent versions of Vivobook of here.
But I'm no expert, recently bought a laptop and went to some stores in Prague and Bratislava for that, though eventually bought from India.
From my very limited experience of European market, only XPS and elitebooks/ few envy models are considered premium from Dell/ HP consumer line.
Rest are priced considerably lower compared to India and have almost no resale value (much lower than Zenbook, however no one would probably buy a Vivobook there)
And in all honesty these inspirons, vivobook, pavillion etc are very very unreliable products.
