Security Software AVG update issue

Guys i m able to update the virus definition but not able to update the program version of AVG.How can i do it ??

Is there a rights issue or program issue. You can check that.
Uninstall old version and install new version. AVG would have a solution for this. You can raise a ticket and they will respond.
